Yesterday I shared our favorite “giant clam” photo from our visit to NorCal Aquarian & Wildlife. Here are some of the magical moments that made the rest of the day so special.
Watching Emmy and Lyla explore the exhibits reminded Cecile and me that aquariums are more than places to see amazing animals—they’re places where curiosity comes alive. Every colorful fish, petting the gentle Bengal cats, and engaging with other fascinating creatures sparked smiles, questions, and a sense of wonder.
As grandparents, we treasure experiences like these. The memories we create together often become the stories our grandchildren remember years from now.
Then, because every great day deserves a sweet ending, Nonnie & Papa treated Emmy and Lyla to ice cream.
