Our longtime friends Susan and Nelson flew in from San Jose and joined Cecile and me for a wonderful dinner at Ravello at Gaylord Opryland.
Seated on the garden terrace, we were surrounded by lush greenery, soft lights and the soothing sound of cascading waterfalls. It felt like a little taste of Italy in Nashville.
We shared meatballs in marinara, house-made focaccia and wine, followed by dinner and plenty of conversation and laughter.
A sweet finish: complimentary tiramisu and vanilla ice cream, courtesy of our Marriott Bonvoy membership.
