Today wasn’t just about me—it was about every father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, mentor, and father figure who has loved, guided, encouraged, and inspired us… whether by blood, by bond, or by choice.
Cecile treated me to a relaxed Father’s Day brunch at Effie’s Restaurant in Campbell, where good food, warm conversation, and gratitude made for the perfect celebration.
My heart is full as I remember those who are no longer with us but whose love and lessons continue to guide us every day.
A heartfelt thank you to our family and friends who called, texted, sent beautiful Father’s Day cards, thoughtful gifts , and warm wishes. Your kindness made this weekend truly special.
