"A Family Blessing" was published today in the Los Gatos Weekly Times.

The following quote: "I don't care what the newspapers say about me as long as they spell my name right," has been attributed to many people including P.T. Barnum, Mae West, Will Rogers, W.C. Fields, Mark Twain, and Oscar Wilde. The idea is that all publicity is good publicity. Well, they spelled my name right, but, in this case a correction is in order. Our son Jason did not "move away after the loss of..." our beloved Maltese Lily. He actually moved back to Los Gatos from LA and brought Daisy with him which softened our loss immensely. As far as "unofficially" adopting Daisy, let's just say we "share custody."๐Ÿ™‚ We care and walk her while Jason is at work. Either way, Daisy doesn't care about the miscommunication as she can't read, and, as long as she has a hand to feed her and a warm lap to lay on she is in heaven๐Ÿ™‚.
